These are done as double layouts

 - one side has and alphabet square and has spots for journaling or smaller photos (see print services below that offer smaller size photo printing such as 4x4 in photos)

 - the other side is lined with coordinating paper and you can slip a 4x6 photo in that pocket (Project Life cards are used as well)

It includes a coordinating tag and is packaged in cellophane ready for gift giving.
